Flash Player Not Work In My School Lab computer

I try my best to update flash player in my school lab computer but when i try to update the flash player some error occur with sad smile. the same site [link removed] is fine with my home computer. but when i try it with school computer  this type of error show in my school :

what i need to do. kindly guide me.
