Flash Player not working!

Well, I've been having a problem with the flash player. It won't let me use web-sites like Youtube, it says that I either have Javascript turned off or I have an old flash player. I looked to see if the script was turned off but it is on. So I tryed installing Flash Player 9, but it still didn't work, I tryed un-installing then re-installing, and it still didn't work! It still says that I either have script off or an old player! But every time I try to install Adobe Flash Player 9, it says it's downloaded, but it still doesn't work!
What's wrong with my computer?

Here is the link to download SubInACL.exe from microsoft:

    http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=e8ba3e56-d8fe-4a91-93cf-ed6985e3927b&displaylang=en

I just installed it and then ran a registry cleaner, so far flash is working, I'll know more after the next reboot.

Ok, here is what I found in their adobe flash support area:

A damaged Windows system registry or incorrect permissions in the registry may prevent Flash Player from installing or registering correctly.
Symptoms of a damaged registry or incorrect permissions may include:

    Error during Flash Player installation:
'Failed to install. For Troubleshooting please see: http://www.adobe.com/go/tn_19166'
Flash Player installer finishes with no error, but Flash content cannot be viewed in Internet Explorer.
Some sites tell you that you do not have the correct version of Flash Player, even though you just installed the latest version.
Some sites tell you to reinstall Flash Player, but after reinstalling the same message occurs.
Download SubInACL from Microsoft to fix permission issues that prevent the Flash Player installation. For instruction on how to run SubInACL to fix these permission issues please refer to "Download SubInACL from Microsoft to fix permission issues that prevent the Flash Player installation" (TechNote fb1634cb).

I have the same problem. It confirms installation but I do not have the player. Every website tells me I need to update. My scripts are enabled. I can't even print my adobe bank statements. Why is no one responding?

Like I was saying to Jes2Jef, it's so annoying when you can't use web-sites that you like!
How come those "Adobe" people aren't responding? And worse then that I have a cold! So I'm trying to fix my computer, and my nose is running everywhere, It's a pain! I don't know what it is but this Adobe player is really annoying installation wise.
