flash player not working

i downloaded flash player but it seemsit did not download. I still can't view the program that needed flash player to view it. what am i doi8ng wrong?

    You probably just need to enable Flash Player in your browser: 

    https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html

     

    If that doesn't work, make sure you actually ran the installer after you downloaded it.  It's probably in your downloads folder.

    there is this site https://bestoflightnovels.com/  it was showing flash player option on my browser but now it is not how do i enable it on this website

    That site doesn't seem to require Flash.  At least not the link you posted.  If another page within that site requires it, post a a link to the exact page that requires it.

    まだ、この間初期設定をやって頂いたばかりで、なかなかどこに何がというのが分かりにくく

    PCのメーカーはraytrek LC-M Windows10home　６４ビット

    Internetバージョン１１番、

    FLASH　Player　２０番インストールはしている。32ビットだけでは足りないと思っています。困ってしまいました

    インストールもしているのに、コントロールパネルにしか、アイコンが入っていない

    古いのではとアップグレードもかけてみました。

     

    コミュニティーサイトの運営側の人はFlash　Playerをダウンロードして下さい

    という文面が出て、タウン内もどこも歩くことも出来なくて、自分の与えられている部屋さえも

    IN出来ない状態になってしまったのです。

     

    来年、Flash　Playerが廃止されるので、脱FlashPlayerということを実施しています。

    しかし、パーツを組んでもらって買ったPCなので、HTML5も多分入っていないと思います。

    もう無理なのかもしれないと思うとがっかりしているのと同時に現金もチャージした残りがあるので

    もったいないですし、退会せざるを得ないのであれば、せめて、サイトにIN出来てからお友達申請を

    している方達にお礼と言ってさよならをしたいです。

     

    何かやり切れません。グラフィックソフト向きには大変良かったのですが。スペックもかなりのメモリを積んでいます。16Ｈｚできかないですね。

    ハードディスクも3TBです。
