Flash Player not working after update

Hi,

This is a bit of a random one but it's effecting work and I need to see if there is a solution please.

Chrome updated to the latest Flash release over the weekend and I am now unable to access some Flash based content that I was able to access fine until the update happen.

For some reason, the latest update will not work with my content and I cannot figure out why.  I have currently reverted to the last version of Flash Player as a work around (and am using Firefox as the browser), but this clearly isn't a decent fix.

The strange thing is that the content does work when accessed online using Chrome with the updated Flash, however, I cannot access the content this way when trying to use it offline (ie as an html file housed on a usb stick) - this wasn't the case until the update over the weekend.

Any help would be fantastic please.
