Flash Player not working despite being enabled

Flash player is enabled in advanced settings. I have Window 10 so it is updated automatically. The player is working on other users on the same PC. They all show the same settings but my side will not recognize flash player being enabled. I have restarted the computer to no avail. It was working fine last night. Please help.

    What type of account do you have, Administrator or Standard User?  What about the accounts that are able to access Flash?  Are they Administrator or Standard User?

    I am a standard user. I have access to the administrator side. I just checked and none of the standard users flash player is working. How do I fix this? Thank you for the help.

    Is the Administrator user working?

    Some users have reported Flash not working for Administrator users (although, we've not been able to reproduce and have escalated to Microsoft), but this is the first I've hear of it not working for a Standard User account.

    Can you please provide the following information:

    • Flash Player version installed:
      1. Using an account that can access Flash content, navigate to helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html
      2. Click the 'Check Now' button
      3. Post the resulting system information (Flash Player version, OS, browser)
    • OS information:
      • Processor
      • Graphics card
