Flash player not working in Google Chrome Incognito Mode

Since last week, several websites which I regularly visit using google chrome incognito mode have stopped working.

They load fine in normal mode.

I have seen the thread related to this issue already, and pressing the secure button and allowing flash always doesn't work.

Also, the fix where you go to chrome://flags/#prefer-html-over-flash and disable, this option has disappeared altogether.

Anybody know any fixes to this?

Google is aware of this behavior, and it is an intentional change in Chrome.  Google Chrome, along with other major US browser are increasing friction for users accessing Flash content, with the intent of forcing content providers to migrate to HTML and JavaScript solutions.

At this point, if you need to use Flash Player in incognito mode, you'll need to choose a different browser.

Google once again made changes to how they load Flash content in the latest version of Chrome.  One of them was removing the chrome://flags/#prefer-html-over-flash option.  I recommend contacting Google as it is their browser that is failing to launch the plugin.

Is there any temporary fix in the mean time?

Are Google trying to stop website usage of Adobe flash player or something?
