Flash player not working in IO7 page download

I just downloaded (Save as - complete) a IE7 (Internet Explorer 7.) web page to my harddrive, when I open it indicates by the Icon present in the upper corner of the opened web page that I need to download Flash Player. The webpage is basically an ecard and has a short display box with some snow flakes and some text plus some music. When I open IE7 normally to the internet, the flash player works fine, the problem is only happens when I try to open the "saved" page on my harddrive. My OS is Vista Home Premium with SP1 installed. Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated.

    Oop's, I ment IE-7 (Internet Explorer 7.0). Sorry for the error. After I posted this error, I discovered I could edit the posted topic, so I did.
