Question

I have use the program Apowersoft Video Download Capture on my windows 10 laptop to download videos off the internet or streaming. About a week ago when trying to download a video a message popped up saying "the latest version of Flash Player is required to view videos" You can click the link and it takes you to the adobe flash player page. I dont have this issue watching videos in my chrome browser so I must have the latest version installed. Do this have something to do with the program itself or maybe windows 10? I appreciate any feedback!!

First, confirm that ActiveX Filtering is configured to allow Flash content:

Internet Explorer 11 and Edge introduce a number of changes both to how the browser identifies itself to remote web servers, and to how it processes JavaScript intended to target behaviors specific to Internet Explorer. Unfortunately, this means that content on some sites will be broken until the content provider changes their site to conform to the new development approach required by modern versions of IE.

You can try to work around these issues by using Compatibility View:

If that is too inconvenient, using Google Chrome may be a preferable alternative.
