Flash Player on hotstar app

pls help me with a solution. I had already fed up of trying to fix my problem. when ever I tries to play hotstar, it show that flash player is not installed. and if I I got to lood at the troubleshooting methord in internet explorer,it says it has already been enabled.Most importantly, I was not able to find any of the websites. so. kindly help me with a solution.
