I have a Nook Color and I have become very frustrated here lately because I am unable to view most videos on facebook because it says it requires a flash player.  I have been told that I cannot downloan a flash play to my Nook Color.  Is that correct?

If I am unable to download a flash player, I am considering purchasing another tablet.  Can you tell me which 7" tablets on the market today support Adobe flash player?

    Yes I can... NONE.

In 7" tablets your choices are but two. Android and iOS.

iOS has never been compatible with Flash since Apple released the first iPhone in 2006.

Android WAS compatible until June 2012, and they ended it there.

There are "alternative browsers" recommended by both Apple and Android (Google). SkyFire for iPads, and Dolphin or Puffin for Android (Kindle, Nook, Galaxy). While SkyFire is free, Google has started charging for a FULL version of their browsers that WILL play Flash content.

Bottom line is: tablet makers DON'T want you using your device to view Flash content. Period. Flash content is very processor consumptive when viewed and it not only drains your batteries, it shortens the life of them.
