Flash player on Windows 10 after KB4577586

Hello communauty, my question is quite simple :

How can I still install Flash player for internet explorer on Windows 10 after applying KB4577586 ?

I can't find any installer for Flash AX on Windows W10 because it was supported by Microsoft until now. Do I have to request a distribution license to get an MSI package that can still use Internet Explorer with Flash. I'm obviously aware of end of life but we need to keep using flash for a while, so we'll use a whitelist for sites that still need to be accessed.

We (Adobe) have no plans to distribute a Windows 10 installer. If you wish to uninstall the Microsoft-distributed version of Flash Player, but want to continue using Flash Player on your Windows 10 clients, you would need to license a maintained version of Flash Player from Harman.
