Flash player on windows 10 installed and enabled but it working.

I've got flash on windows 10 and I've had no issues until the recent security update. The Flash test on the official site tells me its installed but disabled, however it is not disabled. I disabled it and Re-enabled it then refreshed same issue. I have no idea to uninstall and re-install or anything like that any help would be awesome! thank you.
