Flash player pixelated

Video drivers all updated (nVidia), Flash updated...everything updated, new laptop so I went through everything to make sure.

All games in browsers (looked at Chrome and Edge, same issue) using Flash are pixelated. Tried unchecking the accelerated hardware box and it is still happening?

Any ideas on how to fix this?

I even unistalled and reinstalled Flash.
