Flash Player Plugin Crashes!

I have a 32-bit operating system Windows Vista Service Pack 2 Home Premium and downloaded the right files and tried all the help I could find aside from this forum and the plugin still crashes. I use Google Chrome as my main browser and even disabled the other flash player not nuilt into chrome and I have the latest version of flash player too so why does this keep happening? It is more on one specific site than other that the flash player plugin crashes. aq.com is the site that gives me the most crashes while using the flash player pugin. It was fine before but why is it suddenly doing this..especially since my flash player is updated to the latest version. Do some programs running in the background cause this problem or is it just me this is happening to?

      I have the same config of you except I use explorer as Browser and I'm not able to get this S h i t working again for 2 years now...  before that it was running like a charm...
