Flash Player Pop Up

I have a flash player pop-up or some flash player fixed object on the lower right corner of my computer screen. You can right click but there is no way to get it to go away or close it. It is a white rectangle with the "f" in a pink box and an "i" in a blue circle (gray outline).  I have tried uninstallers and various things to try to get rid of this. I have checked Chrome extensions. Nothing is working. This is really in the way of both emails and chats. Can someone please help? Adobe support just sent me back to the uninstaller.

Thanks

Some software/program you use needs Flash Player, however, Flash Player has been uninstalled from the system (most likely due to Flash Player's end-of-life).   This could be any program and you'll need to research which one it is.  One that has been often reported on this forum is Smilebox.

How do you find out which program this Pop Up would relate to?? I have deleted extentions and have also tried uninstalling Flashplayer and this box will not go away. It is annoying and very inconvenient.
