Flash player pop-up cam and mic selection panels dissapeared

So when i go to omegle i can usualy hover over my cam window and it will give me options to choose my cam and my microphone. However yesterday i went on and now when i hover nothing appears. I want to know is this a feature of some new flash player update, perhaps? Now i can change cam and mic only from the lock icon to the left of the website address. I have latest flash version. Thanks!
