Flash Player Portable Version for Firefox

Hello,

I am currently running firefox portable version and need the latest version of flash player to load youtube. Where can I go to download the files that I need to copy into the plugin folder?

I don't know how the portable Firefox works.  Doesn't it find the plugin when you do a standard Flash Player install (e.g. with the installer from http://forums.adobe.com/thread/909550)?
