Flash Player problem

When I open a video clip or on-line presentation, I get a box from FlashPlayer that says some site/program wants to load files on my computer.  Two frequent sites are embed.wistiacom and cfiles.5min.com.  When I click deny instead of accept, the video freezes.  How can I get FlashPlayer to ignore these requests, yet still play the videos?

If you want to view videos, YOU MUST (no two ways about it) allow some data (video content) to be temporarily stored on your PC (for streaming purposes) or the ONLY choices you have are:

    1. DOWNLOAD THE ENTIRE VIDEO to your hard drive and THEN watch it. or
    2. STOP watching Flash videos online.

Denying the storage is EXACTLY what freezes the videos, because without the "cached" data, they won't play.
