Flash player problem

I installed Real Player a while ago. And for a month or more I can't use it. It always shows this error:

I HAVE Adobe Flash Player. Im using it at my browser. I can open swf files but somehow I cant apply it to this... pls - help me

    Some applications claim that they require Flash Player, when in fact they mean Shockwave Player.  Check http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/welcome/ if you have Shockwave Player installed, if not, install it from http://get.adobe.com/shockwave/.

    Hi, Without knowing anything about your OS, browser version etc. normally an add on would be the first suspect.

    If you are using IE, make sure that the add on Shockwave Flash Object is enabled and includes Flash10c.ocx(on the

    same line, that is IF you have FP 10.0.32.18. Any add'l toolbars would conflict also. There could be several reasons.
