Flash player problems

A website I usually visit has suddenly stopped me from visiting

I use chrome and it flashes up to the right of the address saying flash blocked it at this time. I then click allow and it does nothing

I have set to allow this site under my permissions, but to no avail

Wtf do I do, is this chrome trying to block certain sites regardless, or is this a flash issue?

I can send details of any files or stuff if you need to view whats going on
