flash player problems (imac) also blocked plug-in's!!!!

Any help out there re: blocked plug in's, latest flash player installed and old one un-installed but imac still wont respond to any media play, witts end now!! (apple cant help any further!)

Hello,

Please try enabling the plug-ins.

      Safari > Preferences > Security

     Internet Plug-ins >  "Allow all other plug-ins

if that doesn't resolve the issue then do the following.

1. System Preferences > Other/ Flash Player > Advanced >  Delete  All

     Press the "Delete All" button

    

2.  Install Adobe Flash Player.

    http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

3.   Quit Safari.    Restart computer. Relaunch Safari.
