Question

Flash player runs only in admin mode

Hi all,

I have installed the flash player on my Windows 7. It works well in IE, and it works in my FireFox but only if I run the FireFox in administrator mode. If I just start it on the usual way, the flash player doesn't work, and the web sites keep saying "install flash player". It's obvious that the FireFox cannot read a directory, but I have no clue which directory it is. Could someone help me please?

Hi,   Do you mean the location of the Flash Player files? Both IE and FF FP files are located in the following location:

C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash     Right Click on the Flash Folder.

Also in the IE all add ons, look for Shockwave Flash Object....it should be enabled, which it probably is since you aren't

    having any problem with IE.

In FF, you should find a SWF plugin with vs #10.0.42.34, IF you haven't updated to the Flash Player update that came out

    today. It is vs 10.0.45.2.

I apologize if this isn't what you meant.
