Flash Player (safari internet plug-in) quit unexpectedly while using the FlashPlayer 10.6 plug-in

I am taking an online course in order to become an Advanced Openwater Diver through PADI and I keep getting the error message in the title each time I try to use it. I am running macOs Sierra Version 10.12.3, Safari 10.0.3, and Adobe Flash 24.0.0.221

This is a new issue because I took a course through the PADI elearning portal last month and was able to complete the course without any issues

Please let me know how to best resolve this issue

yes it crashed on Firefox as well. I even went as far as restoring the computer to a previous backup because I thought i may have gotten a virus in the past few days but the problem is still happening at the same frequency as before. I am considering going to the Apple Store and seeing if they'd be able to help in anyway

The output you provided should be sufficient. I'm going to forward it to one of the engineers to troubleshoot.

If we need something else I'll request it.

Have you tried using Firefox? It uses the same NPAPI plugin as Safari and it'd be interesting to see if it also crashes in Firefox.

Can you check to see if there's a Flash Player crash log file that corresponds with the time the Flash Player plugin quit unexpectedly? If there is a Flash Player crash log file corresponding with the time the Flash Player plugin quit unexpectedly upload the file to cloud.acrobat.com/send using the instructions at How to share a document and post the link to the uploaded file in your reply.
