I downloaded this cab file (https://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/distribution/win/AdobeFlashPlayerCatalog_SCUP.cab) It has some invalid urls for installers

[moderator: links deleted.  Publicly sharing distribution license links is against the distribution license agreement]

How can we fix this or get correct url in catalog xml?

The catalog doesn't have invalid information.  The SCUP catalog maintains previous versions for SCUP maintenance purposes, as prescribed by Microsoft guidance.  Furthermore, the previous versions are marked 'expired', therefore, they wouldn't install via SCUP.

What, specifically, are you attempting to do with the previous versions and SCUP?

Additionally, do you have a current valid Flash Player distribution license?

I am trying to identify the patches that need to be installed for a security fix.

I get the same information from catalog (cab files containing xml)of acrobat and reader from here

SCCM-SCUP — DC Windows Desktop Deployment

For flash player I take mentioned file from Adobe - Player Licensing : Distribution Strategies here. but some of the installer file's url are  giving 404.

Flash Player and Acrobat/Reader catalogs are completely different.  Please don't compare the two.

Flash Player SCUP catalog has only ever supported the most recent version of Flash Player.  The error 404 is expected as we don't support the release of previous versions in SCUP.  As mentioned, the XML file has them marked as 'Expired'.

I am trying to identify the patches that need to be installed for a security fix.

What security fix are you looking for?  All Flash Player security bulletins are posted at Adobe Security Bulletins and Advisories.  The bulletin includes the corresponding Flash Player version.  Previous versions of Flash Player are posted on the Archived Adobe Flash Player versions page, but do not include CUPT/SCUP catalogs as CUPT/SCUP catalogs only support the most recent version of Flash Player.

Do you have a current/valid distribution license?
