Does anyone know whats happened or why the Flash Player SCUP catalogue is no longer available?

The SCUP download page does has no references to Flash Player catalogue.

The SCUP catalog is still available. Please see Adobe - Player Licensing : Distribution Strategies or chapter 3 of the Flash Player Administrator Guide.

while the above answer is correct and i can download the cab file and use it to import into scup... the link to the catalog via the scup console is broken (404) error and has been most of the day today 1/10/2017.

link i have been using for years is http://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/current/licensing/win/AdobeFlashPlayerCatalog_SCUP.cab

not same as the one linked to above:

https://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/distribution/win/AdobeFlashPlayerCatalog_SCUP.cab

first one was working until 11:30 est today then 404
