flash player security restrictions

i am using windows 7 64 bit and flash player versions such as ActiveX,NPAPI and PPAPI.........i installed one software named QGIS in that i installed one plugin called orbitGT..its a online viewer linked with that QGIS software....after installation i facing problem that " communication problem because of flash player security restrictions" ....can you please give me a suggestion about this problem.
