I have latest version 11.7.700.224 and receiving excessive error messages "errors on this webpage will make it work improperly"

seems most of them include Flash Player.

I've tried to locate in control panel or by double clicking Flash Player the "Flash player settings manager" but did not find it.

I also deleted everything in macromed located under Windows\system32 uninstalled Flash and re-installed it to try and get rid of the errors but no luck

cleaned out TIF files, cache etc.

my OS is Vista ultimate and IE7

I have also tried using Firefox  and chrome but same thing happens.

I haven't made any changes

any ideas would be much appreciated

thank you and have a good day

Sorry, I do not understand this - what did you not find?

I am trying to open "Flash Player Settings Manager"

on their site it tells you it should be located in the Control Panel or you can open it by double clicking FlashPlayer from Start\Programs....

this is not the case.

I am receiving pop up error messages from anywhere inside of my Browser IE9 and cannot stop or eliminate them.

tried re-installing Flash Player version 11.7.700.224

and following directions on Adobe Flash Player site.

but that don't seem to help.

do you understand now?  pop-up ERRORS are the problem here.

IF you can help.

thanks
