Windows 8.1

Firefox v 34 and Chrome v 39

Flash Player v 16

Shockwave player v 12

I get messages that flash and shockwave player are crashing several times a day.  I've tried re-installing both of them and re-installing my internet browsers.  Any other ideas on what might be causing this issue?

Thank you,

Bruce

I am having this problem too after updating to Flash Player v16. It happens in all Internet Browsers when watching a Flash Video (Uverse Live TV) or even YouTube sometimes.

Specs:

Windows 8.1 Professional

Firefox v34

Why does Adobe refuse to FIX or EVEN answer questions about the constant crashes of Flash/Shockwave crapware.  There is NO way to even contact any sort of tech support.  There are many UNANSWERED variations on this in this useless "Forum." which, it appears, has little or any Adobe answers.  The update today, Oct 13,2018, crashes just as often as the yesterday's version.

EITHER FIX THE DAMN SOFTWARE, ADDRESS THE PROBLEM OR GIVE US AN ALTERNATIVE TO THIS UNRELIABLE CRAP.
