Flash player sometimes shifts to right

In Yahoo, sometimes a video clip is shifted to the right so only the left side shows cutting off the right side. Has anyone else experienced this? I have the latest Flash Player with IE 11.0.3. Thanks for any suggestions.

Mike, I don't have Firefox. My Flash Player is version 12.0.0.44. Apparently I have the latest IE version too...11.0.3.

What my upload shows is a snipet of what happens in some (not all) Yahoo video shorts. Thanks for replying.

The reason I asked is that I tested Yahoo New video of the UAW vote in IE Chrome, Opera, Safari and Firefox, and was unable to reproduce this. I have IE8 (XP), IE9 (Vista), IE11(WIn 7), and IE10 (WIn 8).

You may want to try it in another browser:

Firefox (from Mozilla)

Opera (from Opera)

Safari (from Apple)

Chrome (from Google)

All of those except Chrome will need the Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)
