Flash Player stopping

I use the flash player for several things including listening to different radios and other media. It isn't the browser, because every browser on this computer is having this issue. I will load the radio like spotify or a news radio and it will play for about 30 seconds then stop. Its not the radio website, because all radios are having this issue so it has to be the player. I went to the support section and tried the steps of removing program cache and history etc. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the program, did a system restore to a day it did work fine...nothing has worked. Could someone tell me what else I can do? Also this is a PC
