Flash Player stops working

Question

Flash Player stopped working and when I start up my task manager and check under services, it says Flash Player has stopped working and the operation could not be completed when I press to start it up again. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it and the problem still occurs.

The service is just the background updater, so toggling it probably isn't going to help you.
