Flash player stuck in loading with red (file?) name underneath

Hi,

I have been trying for days to record sound with Flash unto the memrise site. This is what happens when I allow the plug.in to run after being prompted. 

Any idea what it might be?

But also, it looks like Flash is running, since you're seeing the UI.  My guess is that this is failing on the application's back-end.  The content provider is in the best position to support their service.
