Flash player su chrome non mi funziona

Salve,ho google chrome e uso flash player,ho windows 10 ma da circa una settimana sia su facebook e sia su youtube molti video se voglio guardarli mi risultano neri e si sente solo l'audio,(su facebook tutti,su youtube una parte). ho provato a togliere google chrome e usare firefox o direttamente explorer e i video che con chrome non si vedono con questi altri motori di ricerca si vedono tutti senza problemi, ma usando un pc di un mio amico che ha google chrome i video si vedono tutti senza problemi, ho già provato a cancellare i cookie e ad andare a impostazioni e attivarlo su flash ma il risultato e sempre lo stesso,ripeto mi fa solo con chrome questo problema da una settimana circa e vorrei tenere chrome perche e piu veloce rispetto ad altri motori di ricerca, spero possiate darmi qualche consiglio utile

This is related to hardware acceleration.  You should check to see if there are updated drivers available for your graphics hardware. 

If not, then you can disable hardware acceleration in your browser and in Flash Player.  This should solve the problem (at the expense of performance and battery life) until newer drivers become available.

Vorrei fare come e scritto ma dice di cliccare sul logo di flash player e poi andare su impostazioni, il simbolo flash player non so dove trovarlo, ho cliccato col tasto destro su un video che mi appare nero e sento solo l audio ma non mi appare impostazione tra le scelte, io ho windows 10

si sente solo audio

Many of the sites you mentioned (e.g. YouTube) do not use Flash Player.  They're HTML5 video, which is rendered by the browser.  If you don't see About Flash Player in the context menu, then Edge is playing the video directly.

Regardless of who is playing the video, it still looks like a graphics driver problem to me.  I don't see a way to disable hardware acceleration just in Edge, so you may need to disable hardware acceleration across the system using the instructions above.

Alternatively, both Chrome and Firefox allow you to disable hardware acceleration from their own settings menus.  This might be more convenient than changing hardware acceleration settings frequently in the event that you play video games outside the browser, etc.
