Well adobe encourages the developers to use new web standards like HTML5 for content development.

http://blogs.adobe.com/conversations/2015/11/flash-html5-and-open-web-standards.html

So with this the world surely move and moving towards HTML5.

Not every thing can be done overnight if we are using FLASH for huge enterprise applications.

What is the support available for the existing applications up to year 2018.

Because we use Flash based Mobile and Desktop applications and the migration will take place for a long time.

So I would like to know

1. does flash player will still support existing apps upto the said year (2018).

2. What about FLex SDK3 MX component architecture supprot in the future pflash players?

    Hi PChiranjeevi,

I recommend taking a look at the following links, as they are all still relevant to the Flash Runtime:

Adobe roadmap for the Flash runtimes | Adobe Developer Connection

    Apache Flex®

    Flash Runtime v20 Release Announcement!

The roadmap gives a high level description of what we've been working on and what we have planned.  Apache Flex provides additional development and support beyond Adobe Flex, and is compatible with both Flash Player and AIR.  And finally, I've our most recent release blog post where I reiterated our team's commitment to the Flash Runtime.

    Thanks,
    Chris
