Flash Player uninstallation

I uninstalled Flash Player from Windows 10 but the Flash Player Settings Manager remains in Control Panel. Would like to remove it as well.

Legend

Microsoft embeds Flash Player in Edge & IE browsers. The uninstaller does not remove the embedded versions. The embedded versions rely on the Settings Manager, thus is isn't removed when uninstalling Flash Player on Windows 10.
