Flash player update

Question

I am using a mac with latest software and i want to play on pogo.com flash player out of date message on opera browser. i have tried updating but no change. Also i changed the preference to allow all plugins what do i need to do next?

Please launch Opera and go to https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html and click the Check Now button. What is the resulting System Information (Flash version, browser, OS)?
