Flash player update doesn't let me access my responses file

Hello,

I've installed the Flash player a couple of time and yet I cannot access my responses file for my distributed forms.

Could you please help me?#

When I try to open my responses file for my Pdf distributed sends me to download Flash Player. I installed many time but I still cannot access my file.
