Flash Player updates

I've not been able to view Hulu, Netflix or even UTube. I've downloaded the latest version of Flash Player (11.8... and 10.1.53.64) continues to ask me to upload to the latest version of the Flash Player. Is there a problem with the program? Please help me out.
