Flash player upload issues

I keep uploading my adobe flash player so I can watch videos. Messaging says I have successfully installed flash player yet when I try to play the videos, it tells me I need to install adobe flash player. This problem is happening on facebook. I seem to be able to watch most videos on you tube.
