We were able to reproduce it, and have a bug opened on it. I have no ETA at this time, but I expect that it will be pretty straightforward.
For IE and Edge, we're generally tied to Microsoft's patch Tuesday schedule, so mid-Feb would be the earliest that a fix would ship, although that's entirely dependent on whether or not a fix is committed in time.
For something like 64-bit Firefox Beta (which is a much better experience than the regular 32-bit Firefox on Win10), we own the distribution pipeline, so the fix might land in a weekly Flash Player beta between now and then.
Flash Player betas are available at http://www.adobe.com/go/flashplayerbeta and 64-bit Firefox is available here: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/beta/all/
In the interim, you can probably work around it with an external webcam, but I realize that's not ideal.
Thanks!
