Flash Player Webcam Popup Unclickable, Any Solution (for Mac OS)

This is a bug that has been driving me nuts since February.

Ever since I redid my hard drive, Flash Player Popup that appears when websites try to access the webcam, is completley unclickable.

Is there any fix for this on a Mac? I know there's Linux and Window's temporary fix, but is there any solution for Macs? Do we have to wait till Adobe to fix this? Because this is a serious bug.

    I've been having the same problem on my mac, I have the lastest version of Flash player and it has not been fixed.

    A year has gone by with no fix for this bug... This is a very big problem...
