Hello,
I am having an issue with downloading the Flash Player. I got to the site http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash
to down load but it doesn't work. I've tried to find FP on the computer to delete it and then reload but can't find it to do so. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance!

    hey user987.

don't worry about unstilling the older verison it.

so after you download it go to your start menu click on the search bar and type in "system32" then click on that folder. after that scroll down and look for a folder called "macromed" and click on it there will be a folder in that called "flash" click on that. then you will see a file that is called "FlashUtil9f" click on that. when you open the file it will ask you for permission to download it and of course you say yes. and after that is done downloading it will say to restart the computer for newer verison to be useable.( it will not restart on it's own you have to restart the computer.) and there you have it a working flash player.

    and to put it in PC terms [computer >local disk(C:) >windows >system32 > micromed > flash >FlashUtil9f]

    enjoy!
