Flash Player & Windows 10/Edge

Question

I just upgraded my PC to Windows 10.  I have tested and made sure that Flash Player is working and enabled.  I have the Adobe Reader DC and when I open a PDF file, it gives me a blank page with a warning that says "To View the Flash technology content in this PDF file, please install the required version of Flash Player".  This is contradictory to itself.  I don't understand.

Hi,IE and Edge browsers use the ActiveX Control. Acrobat uses the NPAPI plugin. Please download the NPAPI plugin from this page Adobe Reader and Acrobat Flash Player Download for Windows.--Maria
