If you were able to successfully download Flash Player and run the installer, but it's just not working, this should help:

If you try those steps, but Adobe Flash Player isn't listed in the left-hand column, then see the installation troubleshooting guide:

There are links to alternate installers at the bottom of the page that should hopefully get you going.

If you're still stuck, anything else you can tell me would be useful. Are you getting an error message when the download fails, etc, etc?
