Flash Player won't play sound at all

Using Windows 10 and current Chrome browser, latest Flash Player. Try to play video, it looks normal, loads and plays with usual scale at bottom, but no sound or picture at all. Have been searching and trying suggested things like turning off hardware acceleration, going to flash player settings manager, etc, etc. There's probably something as obvious as plugging in the power cord somewhere...can anybody guess?

Oops, sorry all, but title is wrong on my problem -- there IS sound, but no picture, looking normal otherwise. I will put a new topic in to the forum with the right title.

I have updated the title to reflect the actual problem. Is the problem with the flash player or you are not getting audio otherwise like sound tracks or non flash content.

Thanks much for the effort, Satinder. Please notice I messed up the description of the problem, and have updated the question in the forum. It is only the picture that is not showing, but the sound is fine. It also happens only at the Comcast website, only in Chrome. Comcast has promised to call me back today or tomorrow from one of their escalation levels.
