Flash Player won't stay downloaded

So I've used flash player for quite some time now and all of a sudden it's not staying downloaded. I've tried several times and no matter what I do it still isn't working in Safari. I have a MacBook pro and am using the latest software. Help please!

Please ensure Flash Player is enabled in the browser: Enable Adobe Flash Player for Safari

Hi,

You may try the offline installer. Follow these steps

1)Download the uninstaller from: Uninstall Flash Player for Mac OS

2) Open the page: Installation problems | Flash Player | Mac

Under the heading "Still having problems" click on the specific link to NPAPI(safari)/PPAPI(opera) plugin.

3) Ensure all the browsers are closed. Run the uninstaller and then the offline installer.
