Flash Player won't work

Flash Player won't work in Google Chrome and in all other browsers it says that it is blocked and I always have to allow it to work in every tab I open. How can I fix this because it is very annoying. Thanks already!

Most browser vendors are moving to a click-to-play model. You can either enable Flash system-wide, or on a per-site basis.
