flash player won't work it gets blocked

Question

We have tried to installed flash player 3 times but it doesn't work be it google chrome, Microsoft and one other website, it gets installed but it is not recognized. I need it for my computer.

Most major browser's block Flash by default and force users to enable it, usually on a per-site basis. Please see the following for assistance:

operating system, including version
browser versions you are using
direct link to content that is not working
