Hi,  You need to use the Adobe Uninstaller that you can download to your Desktop:

    http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html

Then download the Flash Player Installer for Internet Explorer to your Desktop:

    http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player_ax.exe

You need to use the 32bit browser which is the default. To be sure, go to Help and click on About Internet Explorer, x86 should be listed and that means you are using the 32bit browser.

Also you must run as Administrator.

After you have those on your Desktop, Close all browsers, disable any messenger or any other applications that use Flash

    (check the system tray)

Run the Uninstaller. When finished, Reboot(restart) your computer. When fully Rebooted, Reboot again(to make sure all old Flash files are removed.

Then Run the Installer and when finished, Reboot Once.

    Test your Install here:http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/155/tn_15507.html

If you have any questions, just post before or after.

    Thanks,
