flash player wont run

trying to run the tutorials for Quick books pro but keep getting the "need flash player to run" dialogue. What can I do other than everything listed? I was running regcure registry cleaner. I have windows xp.

    having same problem. Running IE7 and Windows XP. I keep getting the "need flash player to run" dialogue even though Flash player 9 installed okay.
